It's been couple years to commit myself to the world of law of attraction. These years, I've experienced and witnessed lots of living proof on my own and someone else's around me. Until this October, I've taken a chance to take the course of learning Sedona method foremost taught by a lecturer domestically. And it does help me a lot and make me break through some limits of using law of attraction in the past years. I can truly feel that how different I start to view the world and people around me as well. Most of all, I believe I am capable of assisting some people who welcome different viewpoints from the others by sharing my own experiences and what I've learned, as well as bring the power of happiness.

One of my male friends, Mr. M, is suffering from the low points and bad mood currently since he broke up with his girlfriend. They ended up their relationship because Mr. M did bad things to ruin their relationship. However, he still can't accept the consequence even though he knows exactly he was wrong. People always regret the loss of what they already hold in hands until they realize they eventually lose.

And we have had short conversations for few times. I remember I shared some of my thoughts and opinions with him in our last time's talk.

"The biggest problem you're facing is you can't LET IT GO!! You may say to me : "you have no idea how difficult it is to let everything go." I know it's the most difficult part! But it is also the most crucial part. When you are willing to face the music and directly face your frustration and bad moods, you are then capable of letting them go. In those mental and physical health courses, we call it as the crucial process of WELCOME. You have to welcome deeply and fully all of those feelings you're suffering, the emotions you're experiencing, the concerns and worries you're grabbing tightly. I know how you would feel in that deep emotions and feelings...you would cry out, you would get angry, you would be disappointed, you would feel like you're lost...and so on. That's all fine for you. As long as you can truly feel them and welcome them as well, you are able to release them and then let them go.

Starting out again is never easy. However, my own experience by using this theropy tool is quite useful. I'd suggest you to go out and stay with crowds and people. Join some courses and activities. Believe me, it will help you a lot. "
